Terms & Conditions

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) outline the standard terms under which hotels, restaurants, bars, and related hospitality businesses in the Netherlands provide their services and enter into agreements. These conditions are officially registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague.
