What time is check-in?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3 PM).

What time is check-out?

Checking out is possible until 11:00 (AM).

Do you offer early check-in?

Unfortunately, we do not offer early check-in. However, if your room happens to be available, we will be more than happy to check you in early.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out until 13:00 is available to book (subject to availability). Please contact our team for more details.

If you book directly on our site, you will receive a complimentary late check-out until 12:00 when available.

How do I fulfill my payment?

Payments should be fulfilled either before arrival or at check-in. We accept a wide range of payment methods, electronic payments (such as creditcards, Apple pay, iDeal) are preferred over cash.

Can I store my luggage with you after checking out?

Definitely! The hotel has a luggage room, where we can store your luggage after checking out.

Rooms

What room-types does the hotel offer?

De Pijp Boutique Hotel offers 8 room types, from one to four guests. Each room has been thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Check out our rooms for a detailed description!

Is climate control available?

The rooms do not have electronic climate control at the moment. Each room is equipped with a radiator for heating and a ceiling fan for cooling.

Do the rooms have a safe?

Each room is equipped with a safe, where you can store important personal belongings. Make sure to empty the safe before your departure!

Do the rooms have a minibar?

The rooms do not have a minibar, but you're always welcome at our cozy bar downstairs!

Can a baby cot be provided?

A baby cot can be provided, free of charge. Please contact our team for more details.

How accessible are the rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not consider our rooms accessible. We have a small elevator that could help, but might not fit a wheelchair.

What if I would like to celebrate something?

Whatever the occasion, we’re excited to celebrate it with you!

During Your Stay

Do you serve breakfast?

A breakfast to-go is served each day from 06:30 (AM) - 10:00 (AM). The breakfast is served in a take away manner, feel free to enjoy your food wherever you'd like.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel. 

Is free Wi-Fi available?

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available all throughout the hotel, check with our team for log-in details.

Is smoking allowed?

Our hotel has a non-smoking policy, smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the hotel. 

Nevertheless, we have our backyard (private garden) or frontyard (Sarphatipark) where smoking is permitted.

When is the reception open?

Our reception desk is opened 24 hours per day, our team is always ready to help you with any inquiries or assistance.

Does the hotel have a lift?

The hotel has one lift available.

Directions & Parking

What public transport options are near the hotel?

Our hotel is perfectly connected: hop on a tram or metro just around the corner and the entire city opens up, from the historic Artis Zoo to the canals of Jordaan, or the flower-filled Museumplein.

Tram 3, 4, 12 and 24 as well as metro 52 will bring you anywhere you wish, just tap your bank card to check in and out. Should you have any questions about directions or public transport, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.

How can I reach the hotel from the airport?

Travelling to and from Schiphol Airport is quick and easy with convenient public transport options.

Metro 52 is less than 10 minutes walking, which takes you to Amsterdam-Zuid (South) station within less than 5 minutes. Travelling between Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam-Zuid takes just 6 minutes by train.

Additionally, our reception team is happy to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport for you. Please check with our team for more details and pricing.

How close is your hotel to RAI and Amsterdam Centraal?

RAI Convention Centre One of Europe’s busiest event venues is practically next-door. Take tram 4 or metro 52 and in just 15 minutes, you'll step into RAI.

Amsterdam Centraal Need an onward train or arriving from abroad? Metro 52 runs straight to Centraal in 5 minutes. Prefer a street-level ride with canal views? Trams 4 and 12 offer a scenic alternative.

Does the hotel have private parking?

The hotel does not offer private parking, below we'll discuss options for parking:

Paid street parking In De Pijp, paid street parking is available from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 24:00, and on Sundays from 12:00 to 24:00. The rate is €6.73 per hour. 

APCOA Parking Heinekenplein At approximately 9 minutes walking from De Pijp Boutique Hotel you will find APCOA Parking Heinekenplein on Eerste van der Helsrstraat 6.
